解释Explanation

在已经知道事情发生的情况下,可以用"是……的"强调动作的发出者。否定形式在"是"的前边加"不"。

When the occurrence of an action is already known, "是……的" can highlight who performed the action. The negative form puts "不" before "是".

这个汉字不是大卫写的。
Zhège Hànzì bú shì Dàwèi xiě de.
This Chinese character wasn't written by David.
苹果不是王方买的。
Píngguǒ bú shì Wáng Fāng mǎi de.
