解释Explanation

“……的时候”放在一个词或者一个句子后面，说明后面的事在什么时间发生，意思是“在……那个时间”。“……的时候”要放在句子前面或者主语后面，不能放在句子最后。

Add 的时候 after a verb phrase, a short clause or a noun to say "(at the time) when …". The 的时候 part always comes BEFORE the main action — at the start of the sentence or right after the subject — never at the end as in English "… when I eat". So "I like watching TV when I eat" is 我吃饭的时候喜欢看电视. It works for the past, present and future alike.

工作的时候，王明不看手机。
Gōngzuò de shíhou, Wáng Míng bú kàn shǒujī.
Wang Ming doesn't look at his phone when he's working.
下雨的时候，我们在家看电影。
Xià yǔ de shíhou, wǒmen zài jiā kàn diànyǐng.
When it rains, we watch films at home.
她在北京的时候，住在大学里。
Tā zài Běijīng de shíhou, zhù zài dàxué li.
When she was in Beijing, she lived on campus.
