"真＋形容词"表示感叹，说话人觉得程度很高，常常用在感叹句里。"真＋形容词"一般不放在名词前面做定语，这时要用"很"。
真 (zhēn) + adjective is an exclamation: "How...!", "really...!". It shows the speaker's own surprise or feeling, so it is common in sentences ending with "!". Use it as the predicate only: 这件衣服真漂亮！ To describe a noun directly, use 很 instead: 很漂亮的衣服, not 真漂亮的衣服.
