解释Explanation
"都＋时间/年龄/数量＋了"的意思是"已经……了"，说话人觉得时间很晚、年龄很大或者数量很多，有点儿吃惊，或者想强调。后面常常再说一句："都十一点了，你怎么还不睡觉？"
都……了 means "already", but with feeling: the speaker is surprised, worried or impatient that it's so late, so many or so old. Put a time, age or amount between 都 and 了: 都九点四十了! "It's already nine forty!" 她都十岁了 "She's ten already!" A second clause often follows to say what should happen, or why it's surprising: 都十一点了，你怎么还不睡觉? Here 都 is not "all".
