解释Explanation
汉语说日期的顺序是从大到小：年 → 月 → 号 → 星期。说年份的时候，一个数字一个数字地读，"0"读"líng"，比如2024年读"èr líng èr sì nián"。问年份可以说"哪年"。
Chinese dates go from the largest unit to the smallest: year → month → day (号) → day of the week. Read the year digit by digit, with 0 said as líng: 2024年 = èr líng èr sì nián, 1998年 = yī jiǔ jiǔ bā nián. Months and days are read as normal numbers: 9月1号 = jiǔ yuè yī hào. To ask which year, use 哪年.
