解释Explanation
"太＋形容词＋了"表示程度很高，可以表示称赞（太好吃了），也可以表示"过了头"（太热了）。否定形式是"不太＋形容词"，意思是"不怎么"，这时句末一般不用"了"。
"太 + adjective + 了" expresses a very high degree. It can be praise (太好吃了 "so delicious!") or a complaint that something is too much (太热了 "too hot!"). The negative 不太 + adjective (no 了) means "not very": 不太冷 "not very cold". Note the tone: 不 becomes bú before 太.
