解释Explanation
"有"可以说明某个地方存在什么东西：地方 + 有 + （数量）+ 东西。地方常常是"名词 + 上/里/前面/后面"。否定形式是"没有"，不能说"不有"。
"有" can tell you what is found somewhere. The pattern is: place + 有 + (number + measure word) + thing. The place often ends in a location word such as 上, 里, 前面 or 后面 (桌子上 "on the desk", 杯子里 "in the cup"). To say something is not there, use 没有 — never 不有.
