解释Explanation
"能"放在动词前面，表示条件允许做某事，也可以用来请求允许："我能……吗？"否定形式是"不能"。
"能" goes before a verb and says that circumstances allow something: "can" or "may". It is the polite way to ask permission: 我能……吗? (May I…?). Answer 能 for yes and 不能 for no.
